Full Packages

​1. i. Bookings are made with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £45.00 per person with the total balance due no later than 14th March 2025 (10 weeks prior to the event).

ii. Bookings made up to and including 31st January 2025 are eligible to use the Zero Deposit offer with the deposit cost to be paid no later than the 1st February 2025 and the final balance no later than 4th April 2025 (7 weeks prior to the event).

iii. Bookings made from the 4th April 2025 will require the balance to be paid at the time of booking.

2. i. If the deposit is not paid by the 1st February 2024 for any bookings using the Zero Deposit offer, then your booking will be cancelled and you will lose any reserved seating.

ii. If the final balance is not paid by the date stated on your invoice then your booking will incur late payment fees of £10 per person booked.

iii. If the final balance is not paid by no later than 14 days after the date on your invoice then your booking will be void and you will lose all monies paid.

3. If you wish to cancel at any date up to three weeks before the event (2/05/25) you will receive a refund of all monies paid minus the deposit cost of £45.00 per person.

4. If you wish to cancel after the three weeks prior to the event date and up to & including the event start date (02/05/25 - 23/05/25) you will lose all monies paid.

5. Bookings made after 14/03/25 require balance to be paid within 7 days of e-invoice being issued up to 21 days before the event when full payment will be due at the time of booking.

6. Amendments will incur a £10 administration charge per booking.

7. Cancellations will incur a £10 administration charge per booking and a £5 per person cancellation fee.

8. If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason you will have the opportunity to transfer your booking to the next event or receive a refund of monies paid.

9. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to attend without the supervision of an adult.

​

10. Proof of age may be required for any person looking under the age of 18.

Day/Weekend Ticket Only &  After Show Party Tickets

1. Bookings are made by paying the total ticket cost.

2. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE

(any tickets found to be resold will be cancelled)

3. If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason you will have the opportunity to transfer your booking to the next event or receive a refund of monies paid.

4. No person under the age of 16 is permitted to attend without the supervision of an adult.

​

5. Proof of age may be required for any person looking under the age of 18.
